Dragon can you put me down for 2lb loss please?
Well done to everyone who has lost.
Bluebellbunny, I know it's hard to diet and give up smoking but be positive, if you don't diet now you'll pile on the weight and then have to diet and exercise even more later. Things will look a whole lot better in a few weeks when the cravings are gone and the weight is coming off, stick with it.0 -

I seem to be shifting this same 1 or 2 lbs each week, I thought doing this challange would help!

Have you altered your diet, or up'ed your exercise, I find going mad at the gym, and being very strict with my diet for just one week, could see me lose 2-3lbs and get me over that mental barrier of -1 / +1 every week.
I had a very horrible 12 hours at work yesterday, but managed to get 30 minutes cardio down the gym. Still refusing to weigh in until the end of the month, but I certainly look and feel better, so not to worried about how I weigh in atm.Current Debt: 0%.Current House Deposit: 7%.0 -
