    Morning All,

Pleased to say I have a 1lb loss this week, (didn't thing I had lost anything) which makes 3lb loss for the month.
A little dissapointed with the total, but lack of exercise would not help this. Glad better weather is here for walking.

We have family staying with us this weekend, so big Roast Beef Dinner to prepare for Sunday lunch and no doubt a pudding or two tomorrow, so fingers crossed I don't overdo it. I'm also going to make sugar free jelly, so will try and stick to that.

Congratulations to all who have lost this month, Lets do it all again in April, And a big thankyou to The Dragon for the organising of this, can you please add my 1lb loss to my total and keep me on the list for April, Thanks.

    Have a good weekend everyone.

    Hi

    Well done everyone.

I have lost 1.5lbs this week, so 8lbs in total so far this month. I am hoping to lose the next 7lbs by easter which will make my total loss this year 2 stone - yippee.

    Morning All,

Well done everyone, what a good month we have had, and posting here has definitely helped me. Another 2KG off which is just over 4lbs, I am delighted. :) Need to step up the exercise this week, now that I am a bit lighter and feeling a bit better. :)

    Afternoon all,

Had my wi this morn and i've lost 2.5lb. Not entirely sure how accurate this loss is tho as i was poorly at the beginning and end of the week and my appetite is still not what it usually is. Wont complain tho:D, so that takes me to 3lb this month so far which i'm really pleased about.
Do we all check our weights again on the 31st for an end of month total?

Take me out and shoot me!! I weighed in with a 3lb gain and haven't dared measure myself. Am totally fed up as I was in a car accident, not my fault 9 days ago...haven't been able to go gym, do my dancing, zumba or hula hooping, cant even my bums'n'tums at home due to whiplash injuries. Am stuck at home so all the food here is to hand which it wouldn't be at work and I've cheered myself up with chocs, cakes and biscuits. Just want to cry right now :(
  • Hi Bluebelbunny,

I've got an underactive thyroid, but when I was diagnosed it was very underactive (the doctor was shocked that I was able to get out of bed at all!) and he put me straight on medication, so I'm afraid I don't have much in the way of advice.

Hopefully someone with more knowledge than me will be along soon...

Thanks phoenix_dragon, looks like I'll have to keep trying to find info online.

Oh no :( ellay864, don't cry. You'll get back to losing again soon enough and at least you have a good excuse, I am putting on again and my only excuse that I am trying to give up smoking! I hope next week gets better for you ;)
