Hi guys and girls.
I had my official weigh in today, at the start of the month I was 77KG. I am now 73KG....Well 73.1..KG According to the scales at the gym.
These weren't the same scales as my 77KG weigh in so not sure how much to trust them. But i'm on the right tracks and feeling very good about myself at the moment. Hopefully I can get under 70KG by the under of april. See you all in the april thread :waveCurrent Debt: 0%.Current House Deposit: 7%.0 -
good news this week ladies/men, i'm happy to report a loss! i'm now 9 stone 6 (132 pounds). i'm surprised cuz this last weekend I did a lot of drinking and eating fast food...but i also did a lot of walking and dancing so maybe that levelled it out.0

1 more day left of March I am glad to see so many of you did so well. keep it up for April; I know it's Easter and all and you deserve to treat yourself but don't go crazy! April is proper SERIOUS month for me as i'll be jetsetting off to australia in just 6 weeks time and still have a long way to go.
I'm full of cold at the moment so only drinking tea and soups. I can't taste anythingIf anyone can recommend any natural cold fighting remedies they will be most welcome.
See you in the next thread! x :T0 -

Did you have a good week, food and exercise wise? Either way at least you know, you only need to do a bit more to get back to losing.Morning

Well fingers crossed you won't be getting engaged every month. Look on the bright side even with the illness, totm and engagement you didn't gain anything. Next month you'll make fools of all of usBridesmaid83 wrote: »I'm full of cold at the moment so only drinking tea and soups. Bananas, Blueberries, and a small amount of dark chocolate work for me just not all at the same time.Current Debt: 0%.Current House Deposit: 7%.0 -
Please note....this is NOT medical advice, just my own experience!!
Echinacea has worked for me. It can be found at Holland and Barrett, who make their own version, which I think is somewhat cheaper than branded kinds.
Plenty of info on Google!!
