well I've only lost .5lb, I'm really annoyed as I've been very good and exercised last week for 6 hours, reall cardio stuff as well. I'm beginning to think that all the exercise is not helping so I'm going to cut back a bit on it and see how I do next week
Well done to everyone who has lost weight or sts.0 -

Hi everyone,
Just checking in on the thread for some motivation. After reading all your comments I'm going to go for a walk with the little one in pram in a bit.
Had a sneaky mid week weigh-in this morning and I'd lost a pound, would like it to be more by Saturday so keep telling myself I'm going to make more effort, just need to do it now.
Again not done a lot of exercising this week so far, but managed to control the eating a bit better, including not purchasing anymore nutella and resisting the crisps and temptation of all the easter eggs in the shops. You can't seem to go anywhere, unless there is a chocolate egg staring at you, saying :easter_ba 'buy me, you know you want to'. I must admit I have been really tempted, but have been good so far. Hope my will power continues!!!
I've decided instead to treat myself to something which will last a lot longer than an easter egg, such as a new top, cd or book if I can continue to resist the chocolate, We all need a little treat from time to time. Just a matter of chosing the best option.
Keep up the good work everyone!!

sad but glad a family dinner at the hungry horse has been cancelled tonight as i know i would have totally caved and had a coke with a steak and chips. instead we're staying at home and having home made chicken soup :-) Tomorrow night we're making Greek food for the in-laws and *gasp* i have to make baklava!!! hello fat central!!!! eeeek!0

We've just had an evening out cancelled too, babysitter let our friends down about an hour ago. Must admit, I'm relieved. I was given tons of chocolate for my birthday and I feel a bit bloated from that

I'll probably be missing my weigh-in this week. All that choc and now it's the TOTM. If I get on the scales this week, I'll probably have a breakdown, lol.Bulletproof0 -
Managed to get an hour down the gym tonight on the bike 25km tonight. Feel so good. Although I felt so hungry afterwards I did grab a couple of Jaffa cakes

However I consider the rest of my day very good. - Which leads me on to a quick question. What does everyone do for breakfast? I've been enjoying Butter and Marmite on Toast, but not sure how healthy it is.Current Debt: 0%.Current House Deposit: 7%.0 -
What does everyone do for breakfast?
