Coco, I did the Inch Loss Plan a few years ago. In the first few weeks, I gained about 3lb but I was toning up quickly so I'd actually shrunk. Had to keep reminding myself - muscle weighs more than fat, muscle weighs more than fat
I've just done my first weigh in - I've lost 4lb 4oz :jBulletproof0 -

ok exercise this week,Tues - gym - 1 hour Wed gym - 1 hour, body combat - 1 hour. Thurs - i hour 30 mins gym, fri - 1 hour gym, missed combat on Monday but think i made up for it with the hour in gym on wed. food wise have been slightly better but had chips and curry sauce for lunch but thats was because the weather was utterly miserable, winds blew our phone line down and ive been in an office all day with no phone or internet so colleague and i got chips to cheer us up:o:oIn 2009 i finally gave up smoking Have been smoke free for 3 years!!!!!!

Hi everyone,
Well done tru and all on their weight loss this week. I'm dissapointed to say I STS.
NO excuses, just ate too much and didn't do much exercise!! Sat on my bottom on computer and ate crisps!!:mad: Has anyone got any exercises you can do whilst surfing the net?? Decided I'm only going to buy crisps I don't like for OH, salt & vinegr, chicken, chilli, that way I won't be tempted. No cheese & onion or prawn cocktail this week!!
Got two more weigh-ins this month so need to make more effort, don't just want to have total 1lb loss for the month.
