Fantastic weight losses everyone - well done.
This is a great board to help keep me on track.
Hows the running going nickynoo08? Is this the first time you have tried running or have you done it before? A number of people have told me its something they really enjoy and it would be a great way to keep fit but i can't even run to the end of the road (100 yards). Would love to be able to do it.
I went running for the first time yesterday and really enjoyed it. I used to go to the gym a lot and could run on a treadmill for ages but pounding the pavements is sooo different, plus i'm going out with my little un in his buggy too. I only managed to jog for about a min and then walked then jogged for a min and so on for about 20 mins. Have just downloaded a free running app for my phone for beginners so i'm gonna give it a go.
Week 1 - 5min warm up, jog for 60secs, walk for 90secs, repeat 8 times then 5min cool down

I've lost a stone in the last 4 weeks (I second the not-drinking-alcohol thing!)
I've got 11lbs left to lose to get to my final target of 9st7lbs now. Really want to get there by mid April ish.
Have started walking up the 11 flights of stairs at work every day and getting off the bus a stop earlier- I'm convinced these small difference will add up!Mortgage£148,725 Student loan£13,050 HSBC loan£12,221

Hi all, the last two days have been very good for me, I think the unhealthiest things I've eaten are 4 biscuits.
An average day at the moment looks like this
B - Butter/Marmite on toast x2
S - Raisins
L - chicken sandwich, yoghurt, Apple
S - Bannana
D - Ham Omlette
S - Biscuits
Today I started with a ham and cheese bagel, so not great. But I almost grabbed a chocolate mini roll just now at work, but instead came on here to distract myself.
Loaded some movies on to my iPod Touch this week, managed to get 1h25m of the way through Iron man in the last two days on the stationary bike.
Keep up the good work guys and girls, almost 3st lost between us all.Current Debt: 0%.Current House Deposit: 7%.0 -

Had my offical Boots weigh in today *drum roll* ....... a LOSS of 7lb in my first weekI must have been carrying a heck of a lot of water! but wahay - I'm hoping it'll calm down now and it's a steady 2lb a week for me. Did I tip the group into the 3 stone bracket??
