I am a little embarrassed to say that I stayed the same last week but I am very glad that I didn't put on since it was my first week REALLY giving up smoking and I wasn't being strict with myself at all since a lot of the time I just HAD to stick something in my gob that wasn't a cigarette and anyone who has given up smoking before will know that a carrot stick just won't take the edge off the craving!:rotfl: Fingers crossed I cope better next week but as long as I don't put on I won't be too angry with myself.

    Well done everyone :D

I had a frozen shoulder, then the nerve kept being pinched. I'm really wary of exercise at the mo cos my arm and shoulder still aren't quite right. Can't wait to put my zumba DVDs back on.

I'm not counting calories today cos it's my birthday. Anything consumed on your birthday DOES NOT COUNT :p

Well I have stayed the same this week, but what is annoying is that at my sneaky mid week weigh in I was down 4 pounds , looks like the initial weight loss boost of the increased thyroxine has worn off

  • ^ exactly my story!!! official weigh in today and no change from last week yet earlier in the week i'd gone down another 3 pounds lol. I spose i'm lucky cuz i was at a wedding on saturday and i drank LOOAAAAAAAADS of wine :-( About to go walking....work it off for next week I suppose :) I hope you're all keeping up the good work x
  • Ive stayed the same this week- which i am really very happy with- as I had pizza, choc and too much wine at the weekend! But did go for a massive walk so I think that evened things out a bit!! Im feeling a bit fed up and down this week (hoping to exchange on house this week!) so its been a big struggle to not reach for the choc biccies etc but I am doing it!! Well done to everyone!! xx
Now im debt free i want to be fat free too!

Can I ask a question please...I can see people post their weekly weight loss, and it seems we all weigh on different days. Do you then post at the end of the month and start a new thread for the next month? I do my weigh and measure on Sundays but with the end of the month being a Thursday I'd like to keep track...seeing it in black and white makes more of an incentive

People pick their own weigh in days (some go to a slimming club, or the gym, or Boots on a set day for instance), pick what ever day suits you (Sundays as you say) weigh in each week, I keep the running total and about 2 or three days before the end of the month I rack my brains for a new title and set up the new thread :D
