    Hi Dragon

Please don't register my weight loss, my official weigh in is on Tuesday and I could do a lot of damage between now and then:o

Tuesday is my offical one too, please don`t - I too could screw up dramatically! I do lots dramatically!

    Hi everyone,

It's official, I have lost 1lb, this week. The sneeky weigh-in half way through the week has maintained. So The Dragon, can you please register it for me before I put it back on!!

Got a party to attend today - well its OH'S Godsons' 1st birthday party, but there is bound to be cake and lots of fattening goodies, just saying
'EAT ME, EAT ME, YOU KNOW YOU WANT TO' knowing his mum.
Then we are collecting the in-laws as they are coming to stay overnight, so that means I will be making a big meal tonight and then Sunday lunch, which will probably be chicken so shouldn't be too bad if I plan it wisely.

Failed to do any exercise yesterday, other than cleaning the house (not really exercise, but might have lost a couple of cals) in preparation of in-law visit, don't know why, but that always spurs me on to hoover every corner!!

Got about an hour & half before we leave for party, so just time to wrap the presents, peg the washing out and get us all ready.

    Have a good weekend everyone.

Good morning everyone, hope everyone has a great weekend!
Well after faffing about the uti etc, i have lost 2lbs..

I am pleased, but i have been playing with the same 2-3 lbs since christmas, my body does not want to go below 15st 8lb at the moment, although i am hoping i am more determined than it is!!

So the dragon can you mark me up for -2lbs please.

Heres hoping this is the start of me losing, and if i can lose next week - thats the big challenge, 2 weeks in a row.
I am currently now 15st 9lbs, and i desperatly need to get below 15st 8 to psychologically see that things are still happening.. so please can everyone keep everything crossed this week for a -2lb?

Blimey i have waffled, sorry bout that, have a great weekend and enjoy whatever you eat!!
Ok, ok, i need to go back onto Weightwatchers, lost 7 stone..... 2 back on, this has to change.....Help!!!

I got weighed last night and have lost 3.5lbs this week, so off to a good start so far. I joined SW in January and my total so far is 1stone 2 and a half pounds. I've been very focused so far, but I'm really tired today and have been struggling.

Yikes! That about a lb a day, well done you!!!

Excellent Coco I wish I could be that motivated :T I have managed 3 walks into town this week, it's about a 50 minute walk so have done more than usual, although I did get lifts back each time :o Unfortunately the eating part has not been so great since I haven't been able to get to the supermarket (40 minute drive away and I don't drive - DOH!) Weigh in is Monday so I shall try and have a super active weekend and hope for the best!

a bit better today, my OH made us all lentil and bacon soup. gotta be healthier than what i usually have for dinner. I still had a sesame seed bagel today though so that's deffo my downfall. Did a fair bit of walking though. Tomorrow i'm going to do better. Weigh in on Tuesday and fingers crossed it will be below 10 stone.

hope you're all having a good weekend so far. x

    Hey everyone,
I know i'm a bit late but room for another please?
I seriously need a kick up the bum and maybe someone to tape my gob shut too so i cannot eat anymore:o
I was following ww and to start with i was doing really well, but my weight loss started to slow until it eventually stopped. Tried stepping up my exercise but nothing seemed to work and eventually i got a bit fed up and down if im honest. I've since dug out my paul mckenna book and have been following his 'plan', and so far (except today:o, been one of those days) i've been doing ok. I jut feel like i need a bit more support and maybe a moan too if thats ok:p I've been following it now for 10 days and have lost 1.5lb so far and have 14lb to go. We're going away in 11wks so this is my motivation, i think it should be doable to loose it by then (she says).
Anyhoo sorry for all the waffle, i'd like to loose 4lb by the end of march:D. Have wi today and i'm 11st but can i make sun my wi day please

    Weightloss reporting day for me.

Excuse me for shouting but 4kg which is 8.8 pounds off!!!!!:j:j:j

My start weight was on the Monday, but Sunday morning will be my weigh in day. I have a lot to lose, as I have said, but this is a great kick start and motivation for me. Hope you all have good days too. xxx

  • Nice one Jackieglasgow! I'll weigh myself on Wednesdays. I did get weighed yesterday, but in kilos, so I don't know the conversion, and right now I don't want to know. I've been alcohol-free since last Sunday, so hopefully that should make a difference this month - I've been on the p*ss since Christmas!
