    Hi

I got weighed last night and have lost 3.5lbs this week, so off to a good start so far. I joined SW in January and my total so far is 1stone 2 and a half pounds. I've been very focused so far, but I'm really tired today and have been struggling.

Hope everyone else is doing ok.

    Jo

  • Have a great holiday Tara and don't worry about the diet, we'll ignore your first weigh in when you get back:cool:

I've been really good today, but I'm eating out tonight so that won't help, but I have done about 90 minutes exercise including running, incline walking etc so hopefully that will minimise the impact of the meal tonight

  • Just screwed something up at work. Was toasting some crumpets to have with Nutella at the time, and was planning on really enjoying them. Instead I gobbled them
