I know I could definitely do with some motivation. I hate feeling sorry for myself, but I most definitely am this week! Seems like everything is going downhill since the wedding, and I want to give up, stay in bed and eat chocolate biscuits, indefinitely.

Hello :hello: I'd like to join please
I've recently told mr tru and the (adult) kids that actually, you're all grown ups now and don't need me to look after youSo I'm putting me first from now on. Trouble is, I wasn't sure where to start
I started thinking back to all the things I used to enjoy - mind you I was 18 the last time I could be selfish, lol. So thought I'd start with health. I'm not usually vain, so have surprised myself by thinking 'ooooh I'm not doing that while I look like this' :rotfl:
So here I am. I've just registered with Calorie Count, so Dragon, please add me to your list, thank youBulletproof0 -

Afternoon, had another good day so far. Porridge for breakfast, feta salad for lunch again - I know :rotfl: but I really do like it
Dinner tonight, the OH and boys are having toad in the hole with spuds and veg, I am having sausages (we are all having quorn ones) and roasted veg - roasted in balsamic vinegar and herbs and spice. I shall miss the hole part of the meal and the spuds, but I am determined to get off to a flying start. I did a lot of digging and hauling of buckets of soil in the garden this morning too, and went to Asda with the kids, and when they got a hot chocolate from the cafe, I had a cup of water :j
