I phoned up and requested the change last week. On the online banking service, my account is now correctly listed as an ISA 4 account. However, the interest rate is given as 3.00% even though I was told on the phone that the 0.20% reward would be added. Do other people who expect a 3.20% rate have a 3.00% or 3.20% rate showing online?0

Mine is still showing as version 3. I'm on the old website still, so can't see the interest rate.0 -

Thanks for the information guys.
I guess it will just be listed as a standard 3.00% ISA 4 account and the 0.20% reward will be included in interest rate calculations.0
