With the depression you will have days where you just don't want to do anything and find it hard to get motivated.
These days will pass, and so what if you want to come home crawl under the duvet and stay there.? ... just don't be too hard on yourself if these happen. Its all part of the depression and the healing.
Well done on the batch cooking and keeping the spending diary. Keep up the good work.
I will too be subscribing and will follow your progress.

£72.47 spent at the garage
Also then despite knowing it was a bad idea I 'nipped' to the shops but ended up spending £33.00 on clothes (though all in sale - 2 tops, jumper, 2 pairs of boots).
Then bitsw of toiletries and magazine and bits of food......a very expensive day! At least the car is okay now.
List of things to do this weekend- cancel brother off my car insurance
- clean house
- find stuff to sell on ebay
- file away all paperwork
- cancel equifax
- open new bank account?

hi hun, well done on all the progress you have made so far, ive just started reading and sounds like you are doing really well
re the overdraft/new account are you keeping your wages paid into the old account? that way they wouldnt usually call in the overdraft, it tends to be if suddenly your wages arent going in that they might, seem to remember that with me one time. Ive just opened a seperate bank account for any extras I may get (ebay, envirofone, top cashback etc) to keep birthday money etc to save for Christmas etc, as it all just gets swallowed up in bills etc in the joint account grrrr!
you could open a new new account and transfer some money over in to it monthly until youve paid off your overdraft on the other account in you own time maybe?
will subscibe to the diary and wish you loads of luck! x0 -

That sounds like a good idea - only thing is all the bank accounts seem to want you to pay your wages in to them? I'll be starting the search soon! xx0
