Exactly the same is happening to me, and it did the same with the last release they had. I wondered if it's because I had to release a telephone assignment that I missed a time slot for??

Are you scrollng down to the bottom of the page as the jobs are listed under the location options? I know you probably are doing this, but it took me ages to work out what happened, so just thought I'd check.

Talking about Retail Active chemists - is the fee all inclusive? I have read the notes and am unsure. Doesn't make it so profitable if it is.

GFK are paying tomorrow, but no mention of ESA in my psychic bank account, so may be Monday now.

I have done two jobs in very quiet holiday shops today, and on both occassions a more experienced MOS has interupted and tried to help. Both started a search on behalf of the staff member I was assessing. Do I base my report on what was actually said by MOS 1 or do I base my report on what I was told at the shop as a whole? I found their input quite offputting as MOS 1 was doing fine without their help. I would like to think that it was because the store was quiet, rather than anything else..........

i disagree with some of the comments about esa. some of the fees are not too bad. i did some egg competitor shops and provided you live locally and do like eggs, for the amount of work i did not feel the fee was that bad. compare with a retail eyes job and you would be paid less, have to take 5 million pictures and deal with 5 million queries.

however i think how much they have decreased fee by in such a short space of time is bad as people understandbly have expectations and they will !!!! off a lot of regular shoppers by doing it. also they may loose shoppers who do it full time as they wont be able to make a living from it. like i say, provided you are local i dont think its too bad but can see that they will struggle to get some allocated if no-one is nearby as for the fee no-one will travel.

also, just because they are having technical issues hardly makes them crap! all the co's do! dont think anything should be read into pay history disappearing as it was there last week when i looked and it listed what i would be paid on 9th.

i have managed to get quite a few jobs from esa recently (maybe because no-one else will do them :P ) and i sppreciate the cash

(know i will get everyone complaining about it but at the end of the day this is my opinion and you are entitled to yours!)

My pay history is still in their system, so the problems may now have been resolved.

I cant actually see any jobs with ESA - only back-up positions. I have applied for a couple, but the due date is tomorrow. There is even one on their system with an overdue date, so I dont think that this current procedure is entirely fool proof.

You get the fee and also are fully reimbursed for the product, which you keep. There is also a bonus for taking on lots.

    I've been Money Tipped!
According to the OP, payment is made on the 9th and today is the 7th.

No, this is regarding March's pay.

So, does anyone have an email address for payroll at esa please?

I've just looked on their site, there are no contact details at all are there!!!

The only email address I have for them is Shopper.Relations@esa.co.uk . Have plenty of phone numbers though!!
