FYI:- Just seen an extract from an email sent to RE proofreaders, re: staff descriptions, lots more queries from team Mel!
"Please ensure you obtain the minimum required staff description which is gender, hair colour and length, approximate height and if glasses were worn or not. Do not assume if the shopper does not mention glasses being worn, that the staff member did not wear glasses, raise a proofreading ticket."0 -
No further comments box on the report for the bad breath, so I added it in anyway. The notes were clear to not mention size or weight as a description, so wasn't sure if it was crossing a line. Cheers all who replied.
Anyone else get the email re airport visits in locations across the world.
Made me laugh that there is a shop to do in Beirut airport...anyone passing through there is unlikely to be thinking of making a few extra pounds mystery shopping!!!!!Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

Could someone help me? Iv recently signed up with edig, and have done a few surveys, but none with purchases. I have just been allocated two more surveys, one for just a purchase, and one for a purchase and return. The survey which is just a purchase, do I keep the item, send it to them, or can I return it? I have looked at their help section, but cant find anything about it and dont want to mess it up. If anyone can help, id be v gratefull.0

its up to you. if you want it then keep it but if you dont want just send it back/return to store. if they have not given you the refund bit it just means they dont need you to assess that but you can still return it. make sure you make a note though of when you return it and how much it cost as they may contact you and offer you refund section later and thats pretty much all the info you need for it:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j:j0 -
