MYSTERY SHOPPING THREAD 19 - please don't mention client names or fees on here!!

Am currently filling in a shop.

I am in 2 minds whether to put the person I spoke to had really bad noticable breath.

Made me want to stop my conversation faster than had he not had bad breath.

Thoughts please?

Is it just me or are other people not getting emails when alerts come through? Boohoo.

Also, why the funk do GFK and RE show visits that are absolutely miles away from me? I have set my areas correctly and only 10 miles, but GFK seem to send me emails when they have visits in bloody Newcastle and Lincoln and I flamin' live in Leeds!

ESA are proper taking the michael! I don't think I will be doing any more visits for them.

Got no more shops booked until next Thursday. I can enjoy some sunshine. Woohoo. Have fun all.

I would note it at the end if they have a ANY FURTHER COMMENTS section. Did a burger for REACT and the guy who served me either smelt like wee or sweat. I definitely put it down! Needless to say meal went straight in the bin. Don't think I will be doing those kinds of visits ever again!

Agreed I definitely would mention it, at a previous workplace we had a member of staff who had really really bad BO, all of us had complained about it to the managers and customers commented on it to the other staff but nothing was done until a mystery shopper mentioned it in a report. They were given a verbal warning about it and eventually sorted themselves out - it was a relief to all of us.

Ahhh.... ESA!!!! They e-mailed me saying they had a job available that i could pick up - went on to do and it says I don't fit the criteria. Why tell me I can if in reality I can't?

I would mention it too. Reports often ask us to comment on whether staff were neat and well presented, and I would say really that it is all part of that. They are not presenting themselves well if they stinky smelly!!!

Also depends on the job itself, ie Mimi's job I wouldn't have probably mentioned it as the shop wasn't for the chain itself.

Yeah mine too, 5 yesterday, all approved very quickly but the others I had this month gone, and ALL past pay statements gone. Tried ringing them and got sorry we are away leave a message. Didnt ring me back yesterday so why bother to lol. If they dont pay they will be seeing lots of us in small claims court I expect! :rotfl:

I thought I would cover my back. They would have seen the time I went in and out, and I didn't want a query. Still got a 10 for the visit, so happy, just was not worth my time as the fee was very tiny! You live and learn.

Definitely not worth it!, I did one last time round as I was 'next door', wouldn't do it stand-alone though!
