I am struggling to pass the audit test on "No cloths" Mystery shopping company. Specially Q 6 and 11. Any one else managed to pass this test? Please help.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes to actually get paid by ESA? I have 2 statements showing - one from 20th March - but no money yet...

All work completed up to the 14th of the month they raise on an invoive on the 20th of the month . The actual money hits our bank accounts usually on the 9th, but as that's a Saturday this month it will be on Monday!

Has anyone else got this issue with FT - I am due to complete an assignment for them this weekend, but all the boxes are greyed out, so cannot download the paperwork. I have contacted the contacted at the company to let them know. other people might have the same issue.

As you mention points I assume it's RE. I'd give them a call and ask about it . They are very nice and approachable. Must admit in your shoes I'd have called and asked them if I should have put it on the report or not before submitting. "Personal remarks" *are* a touchy area and different companies want it handled different ways.

Just in case anyones interested I have released 4 travel jobs on ESA in Bristol area. Store was closed when I visited, called them to say and got awful service, no pay, and a snooty response. Not working for people that treat their shoppers like that for pittance pay!

I had a sales person click his fingers all the way through a mystery shop yesterday. When the sales person approached me, he pointed at me and said "do you need any help there" I had to do everything I could to stop myself from laughing out loud! :rotfl:
