Anyone else getting annoyed with TNS's emails? I just hate the way they start them!! I've only ever done a couple jobs for them but emails like this make me want to work for them less!

Due to fieldworkers not opening their workpacks, not submitting reports and a high number of cancellations, we once again have a large number of xxxxx visits available on the visit allocation system.

Always someone elses fault and never theirs.

Made me laugh that there is a shop to do in Beirut airport...anyone passing through there is unlikely to be thinking of making a few extra pounds mystery shopping!!!!!

In fairness, Lebanon is becoming quite a tourist spot, it's certainly on my list of palces to visit before i die.

It's made me quite annoyed with them today - one of the reasons workers can't open the workpacks or submit anythgin is because they still haven't sorted out their website!

Yes and then they will 'take quality action' against you. It amazes me how dire this shower are becoming also.

Yups - I had issues with their website last weekend and had to cancel 5/6 jobs (well let them be deallocated since I couldn't get on) The initial email that I sent them wasn't picked up til Tuesday (I sent it on Friday morning) and the subsequent emails weren't even answered!

It was only when they sent me an email on Monday mornign ranting at me for not doign jobs/entering results that I managed to get to tell them what was wrong!
