Just a quick update, am a bit gutted went to the scales and have stayed the same again this week, so have decided I need to up the exercise, so will be running tomorrow morning, and just having a rest day on Sunday - will see if that helps, have been good so will try harder this week and re-evalute once I've been weighed next Friday/Thursday. Have appointment this afternoon, so am a little apprehensive about that but need to do it.

Have a good weekend everyone, hugs to those in need.

JG hope you get the wages sorted. Can you talk to your bank and put them in the know so you don't get charges for non-payments?

Why is OH not likely to have been paid Jac? I mean, is it the bank or is it his work? Either way, you should not be responsible for any charges or penalties resulting. I'd still give the bank a heads up on what's going on - doubt they'll do anything if it's not their error, but at least it will be on file if you have to press OH's work to pay your bank charges!

bargainbird - that's terrible. I can't imagine how you and your family must be feeling. I'm furious on your behalf. There's something so so wrong with country and it's supposed justice system  ((((hugs)))) hunny xx

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
  • Hi all

After a lovely day yesterday it's raining on my washing.

To warm here to put the heating on to dry it.

Have been to the gym and feel better for it. I am getting to chat to people now I have been attending for a couple of weeks.

Made a veg and bean soup for lunch with odds and ends of veg from the fridge which was
    yummy.

Hugs to poorlies and those with worries.

  • Bargainbird that is bl00dy outrageous. for you too.

OH is self employed. He was subcontracting to someone else. If they don't pay, they don't pay. If they had warned him I would have cancelled the DDEBs the bank of course don't care as its not their fault. Need to suck it up. I don't have much cash available to me either to pay it in before 330pm so that's that. Carboot tomorrow for some cash. :)

    ((((hugs))))) Bargainbird and jackieglasgow.

Just sat in kitchen waiting for hall floor to dry. Got some cleaning done today, but upstairs still a tip. The rain we were forecast hasn't yet arrived so got some washing out. It seems to be warmer now then it was earlier. Got a big pile of ironing to do later. Weekend will be taken up with football and rugby so trying to be organised then back to work on monday, older boys go back tuesday. Well floor looks dry so onwards and upwards!
