yeah he would have to squizz he has been on them since jan now ( i think) so he would have to go to the lower dose again then have one one day miss one day have one one day miss one etc etc till he slowly worked his way off them ... sometimes he says himself the they aint working he would be better off on smarties and other times he is just desperate for them to work he thinks he needs more ... i'm of the belief of dont flog a dead horse ... but then thats me and my opinion

I'm sure I've said to you before that I wish doctors would explore other options first, but they don't have the time/ money. Hope he gets something positive from them later.

Also, if he is saying that they won't work, or they aren't working, then he won't get any benefit from them because he is continually talking in the negative, which as we all know just grows into more negativity.

I've never taken such things, personally, so can't comment much, but you know I like a holistic approach too where possible.

    Good luck x

yeah i know and agree with what your saying hypno ... i think its the dark clouds and thoughts that he is still having and the physical reactions that are making him say they aint working .... but he is quite a pessimistic person as well so ...

i think he also wants everything dealt with then and there no waiting around .... no patience ... he is struggling to understand that it took him more than 20 years to get to where he is ... so he cant expect the situation to be sorted in less than a month

well today has been a kinda slow day for me ... havnt done much except sleep ... since the last lot of night shifts i have had trouble sleeping ... i think it could be because i was awake for 7 nights in a row so had put myself into a pattern and now i am back to working again
