i think he did bob ... and yet he makes a nicer chinese than anything you can get out a shop ... sigh

oh i forgot to say how the basket class landed up ... i got an email back from the girl that i informed i wasnt going .. she explained to me that it was much more than she had bargained for her self and couldnt really afford it either but she had committed to it so was going to go with it ( so had i but i just couldnt afford it no way) i left it at that with her .. they can talk about me or not their choice ... i then got a text message from the girl that gives me a lift i replied explaining the situation and she responded offering to pay for me .. now that is very very lovely of her and i trully did appreciate it ... but i wouldnt have felt comfortable allowing her to pay so i explained that to her and she offered to take notes ...

i'm grateful that she offered i thought it a very lovely thing to do .. but i am glad i didnt take her up on the offer and i am glad i didnt go ... slowly i am dealing with the rescuer in me yay
  • Yep sometimes you have to draw a line in the sand. I have a tendency to take on too much sometimes and try and do things to please people, so i can see how this would help. :)

Well today we have nothing really planned ... We have some chocolates and a card to hand into mr el's alcohol counsellor due to no funding hours have been cut and mr el would need to go through the day and he thinks that that will be no good as he needs to go back to work ... Which is promising

Sorry to hear the funding for the counsellor has been cut but great news that Mr el thinks he is getting well enough to go back to work!

  • That is a shame about the funding- i expect that it is an over subscribed service as well. :(

  • Could they do a gradual return? As in part time and build up?

i think that is what the dr is suggesting bob ... possibly when this line is due up ... hopefully even ... cause mr el is finally starting to feel slightly better ... still not great and these tablets are still giving him some issues ... but compared to where he was a few months ago he is much much better
