Tesco misprice discussion area part 14

hi just wondered if you find something on tesco.com and rrp is lower than what they are charging how would i go about getting a refund?

The reason it looks like this is that drbutler posted the same post at least 3 times....it was answered, but it looks as though either he or the mods may have deleted the previous posts, along with a load of other rubbish........

Re MEMBER02...Its annoying that they can get away with this, especially as you are correct, however, it will only raise your profile in this store and alert HO to your knowledge of their policy.

In this incidence, it may just be better to walk away and wait for the "big one"

I believe the RnR policy only applies to instore purchases, not online ones.

I think half the PS2 games on Tesco.com show that Tesco's price is higher than the rrp....they must be mad to set the page out like that and not notice/care what they are saying!

But you can't get an R&R on Tesco.com purchases anyway, and they can charge what they like relative to the rrp....it just makes them look stooopid.

I dont know about this afternoons posts.....but tonights early evening posts got way off topic and nasty, so it looks like the mods intervened and deleted a load.

I know if id have had more time i would now own a 360 console with game
as same cinario (could be spelt wrong) as the psp.

I was told not to buy any item over £50 without getting the manager down first or no r+r if it is needed
As I pointed out this was against his customer poilcy where do I stand?

The OP posted the same post about 3 / 4 times and then either went back and deleted ealier ones or the mods did it for them.

Evening tesco freaks,

Went to store today, saw some delicious slabs with my name on, then the store manager who refused me rr few weeks back, walked up and said hi.

I say hi, u fancy giving me some free meat ?, he says no,
I say if u overchrge me i will claim policy, he says ok no problem
i do my shopping, find a misprice, get my rr from the manager with a smile.

ok i must be missing something here..no nashing jaws, no hour waiting, no excuses..no witchy CS, no even a scurrilous look..whats going on ?
