    Please subtract my Thank you

Poor advice in my opinion as It will attract suspicion if he takes a game back that has different monetary value.

That isn't to say that he can't take back any old X-Box game of the same value.

I'm not sure it would be a problem. I had an RnR on 2 dvds that should have scanned at 2 for £12 but one came up as £14.xxx so I got a refund on both discs. I already had one of them (previous RnR) so I bought another one that was part of the offer and scanned correctly and then returned the one I didn't want to a different store for a normal straight refund using the second single receipt. They didn't turn a hair when it scanned at £14.xx instead of £6.xxx as shown on the receipt - I just had to confirm that I had only paid £6.xx for it. With all their mucking about with prices they probably expect oddities like this.

Incidentally, it was somebody on here who advised me about the above ploy - can't remember who it was but I'm very grateful for the advice.

Following my dismal failures of last week, I have today managed an RnR.

2 packs of Walkers Sensations on BOGOF.
One of the flavours was not in the offer, but the advertising sticker on the shelf wasn't specific.
    Full RnR, no problems. :j:

    I've never managed an R&R yet :(

The 360 games in my Tesco's are all in those sealed plastic boxes which make it impossible to scan at the self scanner!

you can sometimes scan those through the cases, but if you watch the info here, you should have a good idea of what will scan too high, so you're better off not using the self scanners at all if you can help it. (If you were spotted using one, then trying to get R&R they could get suspicious.)
