So I thought for a moment maybe the site was messed up or my connection perhaps in someway, so posted to test, then deleted it immediately after. Didn't think anybody would spot it in time ! .... Shouldn't have under-estimated you WLFC!! SORRY !! LOL !
Slow day indeed

M&S got a ticking off fairly recently about this. 'overstickering', when the sale price was more than old price. when the over-sticker was removed.
Prices can go up & down, but must be clear and unambiguous.Drat and Double Drat, curse that Mr T excuse for not giving me a refund.
EVERY LITTLE EXCUSE HELPS in trying to get out of the R&R policy when the law has been broken, especially on high value items.0 -

Just got 3 items worth £5.40, went thru the self service checkout and scanned my uniball coupon. Up came the £4.50 discount & I inserted it.
Then the voice says authorisation required & store login on the screen.
I panicked then walked to the back of the store as if I’d forgotten something & then made a quick getaway.
I was very paranoid the security guys were gonna collar me, I even took my jacket off & put my phone to my ear as I was leaving the store!
Does the authorisation thing normally come up?
My mate did it yesterday, he used 4 coupons & all went thru no problem.
£20 for a £9 discount
I won’t be doing that again in a hurry!0 -
perfectly normal , they just swipe the authorisation and on you go.0

Hello All. Not sure as i remember some1 posting that the 50 cent game for psp had a price change a short while ago.
Happened to be passing the games section thought id have a brief look and see if anything was amiss and it appears that there must have been another change in price as yesterday the label was £22.## and today there was a second SEL for £29.## .Dont think is a 1 of as the last number on was higher on the higher price .Sorry fo not so accurate prices but i left receipt in bag and is now in my main bin .
Hope helps some1

Strange thing about the coupons is some stores seem to have finally realised. I was along way away from home today on business so just had to pop into the nearest Mr T's for a check and what I did notice was that the coupon slot on the self service tills had been blocked off with a notice advising that you contact a member of staff.
I think they may be on to you lot0 -
Went to a couple of Extras today, nothing much to be had. Most SEL's expire on 28th so may be good hunting next Wednesday.
Did find Painting By numbers at £9.97 SEL and scaned at this, the carton they were held said£7.97 but didn't want it.
At one Extra this afternoon a Mr T employee was scanning things by the board games, when I came back down the isile he had gone, but he had left about 6 stips of new updated SEL's lying on the shelf. I looked at 1 which was for the tesco 50 games set and was a pound cheaper than the one on the shelf next to it, very tempting. Dont think they should be leaving that type of stuff around.
Very addictive this R&Ring, even updated tomtom with Tesco POI:rolleyes:0 -
