Tesco misprice discussion area part 14

I sent customer service an email a couple of weeks ago complaining about the treatment i received in store and about allegations made against me by the store manager and his minions.

i had an email from customer service over a week ago saying that they had passed the matter on to the store and that they would contact me, given the time that has passed what do people think my next step should be...

and isnt it a bit daft getting a manager to investigate a complaint against himself?

Well I have been checking every so often today, and nothing post midday !?

So I thought for a moment maybe the site was messed up or my connection perhaps in someway, so posted to test, then deleted it immediately after. Didn't think anybody would spot it in time ! .... Shouldn't have under-estimated you WLFC!! SORRY !! LOL !
