Its more intimidation, they are just trying to make you think twice, why dont you try another store.

If you've managed big Randrs in this store, surely its worth driving 50 miles to another set of stores.

As long as its only your car reg they've got, then wheres the problem.....they can only compare it next time.....when you have left the store with your RandRs.....

Just like they are unable to get your address from a credit card company, I doubt very much whether they can get any info from DVLC or the police on your car reg, as you havent broken the law

I certainly wouldnt let it put you off........that security guy and CS wont be on all the time.

They could have just banned you from that store, but chose to try and frighten you instead.

Some posters on here have been banned locally, area wide, and have letters forbidding them from entering any store without introducing themselves to the duty manager.......but have still had lots of high value RandRs, without being challenged.

Don't let the bast*rds get you down.

I think it's you Sarah! I've had several recently and passed up on quite a few more(pm'd others about them) when people talk about places not being good for finding overcharges at, it is possible that other people have been there first. Quite a lot of MSe'ers in the area now too. Good luck.

ur right been around quite a few and either unplugged or lit up but not working. just like some of the managers ive had to deal with to get r&r's.

is there any other stores that do this r&r thingy?

Visited a few stores today on the hunt for XBox 360 games misprices - didn't find any at all. Game of the week Gears of War was scanning correctly everywhere at 37.xx and last weeks game of the week Fear was also still scanning everywhere at 37.xx.

Anyone else have any luck?
