Given the failed attempts listed above - any chance this could be a wind-up designed to get you XBOX-hunters out of your holes and into the dark, cold evenings.....

    Duder

Thought of this immediately I saw the replies.......OP seems to have been around a while though......would have been obvious if it was a newbie poster.

My thoughts were even deeper than yours, that it was actually a Tesco ploy, rather than a wind up, to get the hard core Randrers out into the spotlight....no paranoia....just a thought.
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

No, they're cleverer than to let you see them watching you......see my PM to you.

  • I managed to find an XBox 360 core with a LOT number of 610. Thought my luck was in when the girl scanned the actual packaging but it went through at the correct price of £184.97.
  • Can XBOX 360's be returned for a refund within x number of days under Tesco's policy?

If I manage to source one with a low enough lot number, but they charge me the SEL price, I need to know if I can then return the xbox to the same or a different store.

Yes 28 days, its actually mentioned on the blue board behind the CS desk.

If you plan to do more RandRs in this store it may pay you to return it to a different store so as not to heighten your profile....but any store (that sells xboxes) will refund for you.

tried to do my first r&r today, but felt proper paranoid, as if someone was watching me. tried PE6, Hawks xbox games, sex in the city dvd, all the SEL's were correct.

Why do people assume that the extent of Tesco Security is seen at the store entrance?, it is far more sophisticated than that.

but when all im doing is browsing store, then queueing at electrical desk am i breaking the law now?

The behaviour of an r&r'er is very similar to a shoplifter and sombody with a profile like you have, will be on the Tesco security radar. breaking the law- No, but just possibly a target for Nationwide store ban?
