  • I think it is £9.xx when you but it with another chart DVD, they were putting the SELs out in my store today a lunchtime so didn't have time to check. If it says £9.xx on its own then I think that is def incorrect.
We took on Mr T and we won:D

Shame it had to end, will have to get free stuff from comps now
  • 973 if you buy another chart dvd

though i must confess the discount was not coming off earlier today in a store i was visiting, i overheard it on an aisle!!
    £2051.50 since Oct 25 2006 ;) Make mine a Golden £143.46 :D

    I love Leadhead :D:D

"Pirates of the Carribean - Dead Man's Chest" was released today and Tesco.com have it at 13.97 but I'm sure the display by the till today had it at 9.xx. Anyone know what it scans at ?

12.12pm today. Scanned @ £13.73 bought Bratz DVD with it. Multibuy saving £4.00, thus £9.73.

    NOT £9.97!

How come constantine didnt know that? I think maybe he is just the trolley boy

It was 1997...I have done other things other than work for Tesco!

Besides...anything that far back is pretty hazy anyway ;)

Cant believe it was that long ago!

Surprised I remember it to be honest, 97-99 are a bit of a blur to me, god knows how that story stood out!
    Missing Tesco R&R since Feb '07 :A & now a "Tesco veteran" apparently! ;)

Strange thing is it stood out for me as well (although I could have sworn it was Safeway). Bizzarre.

  • Well I thought I'd go and look at these XBOX's. They had loads with LOT number 0630. Scanned the actual box and it scanned at £184.97!!

    Nevermind, worth a try :)

Had a look at the celebrations tins as well but only signs were 2 for £10.

i think we all need to get over this childish sqabbling. cant we just agree to disagree. postman has said several times before he works as part of a group, and that he has hit over 10 stores in 5 counties. when you think about that, its not alot of £ per r&r really!!
i work roughly the same area as the postman, have had several £100 of r&r etc, but keep myself to myself. i cleaned up on holsten, and x box games lately, thanked the ops and left it at that.
each to their own i say!!!
Ah so the truth is out he hasnt really made all that money himself, just a bragger!
