The only way this system could work, as far as I can imagaine is that each individual store actions the 'new offer prices' on the tills themselves once they believe all old promotion material has been removed and new promotion material is in place.

Therefore every store is totally different and everytime the offers change

Im new to this whole thing and I have just got my first r&r which was also a golden r&r. The problem is I used my American Express to buy and get refunded twice was this sensible? Is there a chance Tesco will pick up on it?

what he was saying was that you never know about end of promotion dates some promotions are extended (beers wines and spirits) if they are not selling enough
or some promotions end abruptly (if they give too many away due to glitches)
