What does the code on the DVD sticker relate to..... starts RHH then a number.. is it the person sticking... if so... then do tescos have a claim against the company?

No. Its the id number for the type of sticker.

How can they claim against another company for charging more than they should?

OK, my email box is getting full of people asking about the yahoogroups r and r list,The Yahoogroups owner has given me approval for this to be posted, I have put the details below, this is a once only post. the group works like this, it takes the info off MSE, friendly CS staff and Laura's site and emails it straight out, a group of people who do IT working during the day and eve pull off the posts and send it via email to your phone as a text message (or anybody thats free and online can help), so its real time and you can act before tesco's do, once a day they send a version with all of the days posts in one message to a wap site so it can be read via wap, the group will tell you how to set your phone up (even a basic phone can be made to get email to text) with your service provider, mines on Orange and it takes about 20 secs for the email to arrive, BUT they will verify you first, send an email to refundit@btinternet.com and let them know your username on Moneysavingexpert and your email address, ask to be added onto the rnr list, they want to make sure that the people they are getting are genuine RnR's and not Tesco staff, it takes about 7/10 days for them to verify you, approve you and add you to the list, you can then post to the list as well as knowing where it is, you can have the emails sent to you straight away or just choose to have the condensed version

 So then, how do we know (as has been thoughtfully suggested [there's always an r&r'er who gets in before me]) this isn't an elaborate hoax designed for Tesco to obtain details of r&r addicts/abusers (depending upon which side you are on)?

[PS Private meesage for Brummy Decathlete - when are you going to join the forum? or are you going to always pay for my food?]:D
  • I also don't see why people try to hide away, what I mean by that is not use clubcards etc. What can Tesco do to stop you r&ring. I'm sure they'd rather you get a few r&rs than a few phone calls to TS.

Wondered if Tescos supplied a list of titles and prices then if third party stickers wrongly.. they would have a claim back although would assume that upon displaying items on shelf staff should ensure that stickered price matches scan price....

i couldnt complin to the other company
at the end of the day tescos have the say on the final price their prices go up or down it should be entirely up to tesco staff to reprice things

A nationwide ban from Tesco from what i have read here.
I made a mistake once, believeing people on the internet were my virtual friends. It won't be a mistake that I make again!

ginjim agree it is up to Tesco's staff, not your job or another third party fault.

Does anyone know what Gears of War on the XBox 360 is scanning at instore? On tesco.com it's (along with a few other games) listed at nearly £50 now.
