Tesco misprice discussion area part 14

After a successful Moet jaunt, tried another and it didn't have any mispriced. Did overhear a few staff says "make sure that it's removed quickly", why did SEL pop into my mind:D

Passed the word onto a few mates, the Moet is a really good one, especially when you factor the extra 25% discount in!

The wife was well pleased with my haul and my daughter loved the spot the misprice game! (She spotted a meat misprice but it was dross like "pigs kneecap" rather than succulent fillet steak).

Again this isnt totally correct..........I believe it says

Save £20
When you buy

an XBOX 360 console
with any XBOX 360 game

So it must be a 360 for a start.....not just a normal XBOX

It doesnt say it exclude any "bundles"...although the competency of the manager you are dealing with, may have a strong bearing on the outcome.

The current SEL prices are

Smackdown bundle.............£299.97

Gears of war bundle............£297.81

PES bundle........................£297.97

306 core system.................£194.97

Couldn't find a 360 Premium SEL

I didnt manage to scan any of these....there were more staff in the store than customers.

Did manage £54 worth of freebies(2 stores)

And for the first time today, saw the Moet priced correctly....

It was in the store I'm heavily banned from, so wouldnt have been able to RandR it had it been wrongly priced anyway.

wlfc1... quick question. I am new to R&R, just got a 360 case ongoing and got 6 moet tonight

was wondering tho, do you always walk with the customer services person to the SEL which is incorrect? I was thinking they might take it and rip it up to deny you your R&R?

The boxed bottles are the same price as the unboxed....£20.94

And you get a case discount with 6 bottles, taking a further 25% off

ie

6 bottles @ £20.94 = £125.64
Wine Discount = £ 31.41
Total to pay £ 94.23h

but sometimes they forget to look down the receipt for the discount, and give you £125.64 back..........very kind of them

And would you believe it, the 25% off Champagne/Wine advert is on the TV as I write.

Thats got to be a good omen for tomorrow.

I tried 4 stores earlier tonight in search of Moet, priced correct at every damm one
In one store I was checking the 360's and all they had were the bundle packs with Gears Of War / Call Of Duty 3 / Pro Evo footy game, the shelving around these bundle packs had heavy POS for £20 off 360 console & any game. Sod it I thought I might as well give it a go.
I grabbed the Call Of Duty 3 pack and the Rainbow 6 game and was prepared for the £20 discount to not come off and to have a right battle with the CS desk, to my surprise the £20 did come off :eek: , shame I'd left my wallet in the car.
