apart from that no mis prices.. all the dvd box sets had been hit all SELS were turned around.. now now whose been rushing around all of east london...

some places ive hit sell sealed, some you collect from cs

Which is annoying when you take it back for golden r+r :rotfl:

had a tony hawks like this the other day. was in the plastic case security box thing then when paid, had to go to CS who opened case, looked at numbered sticker and went and got the disc. couldn't work out why no disc in box as was in security box, but this may explain why???

I've noticed in one Tesco's near me Elizabeth Shaw chocolates are 2 for £4 and in the other Tesco's they're BOGOF. Does anyone know which way they scan? Neither store has a scanner so I can't check, but this might be a r&r opportunity for someone?

I thought I was on to a winner tonight, took a list of things to look out for but all were correct prices and couldnt find any champagne.

Then I saw a Bratz Diamond Make up girl, scanned 26.97 sel 24.97. Bought it went to CS and she was a right old grump. Off she went and came back and said there was no sel, I went with her and pointed it out, she then said thats for something else, but I pointed out that it wasnt. Back to CS we went and then she said the bar code was different, "I dont know why its here as we dont even stock it", blah blah, and offered me £6.00 off. (I remember looking at the sel and the barcode was printed over other text so was really hard to make out) In the end I got a refund and left the item there.

Im new to all this, so didnt want to argue too much, but Im sure I was in the right.

Could some one point me in the right way of where all the good r&r advice is. So far all Ive got were some washing tablets and some cheap DVD+r discs!

Heavenly. For every one of those small R&R's you get, you'll work your way to getting a big one eventually. It will happen for you, just traul Mr T's stores and above all get there before anyone else. Remember to check other products and when their offers expire and you'll know when to make an early morning visit to get there ahead of anyone else.

sel £99.99 but leaflet said £109.99 but £20 off when u spend over £40 in store, wich made it £89.99. got charged £99.99, c/s lady tried telling me id been undercharged cos it was £109.99 orig. she started raising her voice at me because i was standing my ground so i demended to c manager, manager came, i got r&r and a nice apology of unhappy c/s lady!........ result lol

there was also another BENQ siemens miss priced, it was the one with play and rewind buttons on the top! x

In this instance you were licky that the £20 discount never triggered, this is due to operator error, yes the SEL and the leaflets don't tie up, but 99/100 you end up spending the £40 in store and end up taking the phone back.

I know because I and a few others have tried this one.

i know what yr sayin wlfc1 but i went to mr t's to do my weekly shop so spent waaaay over £40 anyway. lol, so it was an added bonus.
