Postie is still looking for an xbox to play the games on, don't think a swap is much use.
Maybe you and him could make a deal, didn't you have a few spares0 -
mcdonag wrote:Perfect excuse to change it for a PS2 version or you could also take it back to GAME for a refund.

There is a store not too far away that has two labels for the Moet £19.15 and £20.95. Trouble is I had a small previously mentioned r&r yesterday from there, so am a bit worried about doing another one today. I am known in this store too. What should I do????0

I dont see how the shops can "bar" you? Surly as these refunds dont effect your statutory rights, they cant stop it!0 -

So who were you before you decided to rename yourself chubby? , no one comes here with such a wide depth of information as you had gained within 4 days.;)
Your posts unfortunately give you away, if you have been viewing mse for 3 years as you say the temptation to post would have been to great, as you do seem to enjoy blowing smoke out your own a!!!.
Yet somehow only when you finally came across this thread you feel the need to, I think more like now you felt the need to rename yourself. Whatever, no skin off, if you have accumilated as much as you say, you obviously did it off the backs of others as you certainly haven't been posting your catches for others.I had a plan..........its here somewhere.0 -

They can "bar" whoever they like for whatever reason they like, it is after all their property that you are on. It's like saying that you couldn't "bar" them from your house, if you didn't want them there and they refused to leave you would phone the police and have them done for trespassing. They are of course breaking the law by advertising false prices and the threat of trading standards should shake them up a bit!0 -
Had my first experience of a "wriggly CSA" today. She tried to wriggle out of full r&r on two triple DVD boxsets I had been overcharged on.
Firstly it took ages for Entertainment person to arrive at CS desk. When she did she said " Yeah I Know about them - I took them all off last week, someone else has put them back up!" (Surely she could have taken the stickers off all by herself!!!) So lovely CSA lady at CS desk proceeds to fiddle with computer  Finally she says "What I'll do is refund one, give you 17.97 back and then you have two for the price of one" - "Yes OK thats great" said I - she took an absolute age to process the refund - so I had chance to gaze upon the lovely blue sign with the white writing on which was conveniently placed in my line of sight - directly behind lovely (wriggly) CS lady - So when she gave the 17.97 back (in cash - even tho I had paid with card) I said "I have just been reading that notice there - aren't I entitled to a refund on both of them????""""" "MMMMM yes - not a problem" she said - Tho I will have to put that back on your card then! Is that OK? (like I was going to say no!) Anyway - another decade passed - but finally I got full r&r from wriggly CSA0 -

I noticed in one of my locals the the Gears of War game was priced at £39.96 with the now usual yellow SEL. Could be a potential mis-price in other stores..
Ive seen this in 3 stores at £37.** not scanned any though
Also superman & a football one ( sorry cant remember which) all at £37.**0
