Tesco misprice discussion area part 14

Brought one of the bottles of champagne sel 19.xx charged 20.xx was the last one on the self.

Went to CS and she said she would look for the sel. Came back with it but said it wasn't for that bottle as the SEL stated NV and that bottle wasn't, this confused me so I just got a refund.

Now found out that she tricked me and the bottle of champagne is not vintage anyway.

Went back to the store but the SEL has been removed and there is no price label for that champagne now

when she says you have already been refunded

i will say no you refunded me because of an overcharge which does not affevt my statutory rights

Yes, if you want to get yourself noticed. Why don't you just ask if you could swap it with another game as your wife bought you the wrong game. It always works for me.

yes swap if fro something else say uve heard bad reviews or something swap it for a dvd palyer

I think someone swapped 3 xbox360 games and like £20ish for a PSP then they got a full refund on the PSP lol

Perfect excuse to change it for a PS2 version or you could also take it back to GAME for a refund.

Dont do it in Tescos, go to Sainsburys, say you want to swap for another title but dont have the receipt they will then usually let you swap it and give you a new receipt, you can then go back later or to a different desk and get a refund!
