I would be interested to see even one documented case of this label swapping. Until then, I will see it as just another urban myth used to frighten people into not r&r'ing for fear of being suspected as a criminal.
Remember folks, the only criminal offence occuring here is being committed by Tesco's.0 -

After being out all day and part of the evening, I sometimes have to read 300posts to catch up on the days happenings......and really you should be doing the same.....scroll back 200 posts and I'm sure you'll learn a lot from it.
Been scrolling back a fair bit (though not 200 posts) but it seems like it is so fast moving - one min there is a misprice, the next its closed - don't know what way is up - just hoped there would be a common pattern with these misprices0 -

The only debate I'm interested in is: can we find a use for extra's we don't need - whether setting up a swap forum or giving to kids in need.
You used the words "you decide", which to me indicated you wished to debate the ethics.
Well again....no disrespect to you or your idea, but again the mods set up a seperate thread for "Farepack and RandRing", when this started to take over this thread...a similar thread to what you need(may i suggest)Couponing....."every little hurts"

But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

Tried a few xbox console & games today.
Core & game gave £20 discount correctly.
GPR (?) racing game premium Bundle & Game gave £20 discount correctly.
Premium & Game gave £20 discount correctly.
Strangely a lot of stores have removed the Premium stock or the SELs which looked like something was up but couldn't see what !
Also saw an Xbox Core with an white SEL of £209.xx. Were they ever this price? Wondered if this was an old Sel or a future one ie if the cores were supposed to go up again in near future.0 -
Thats a great Idea a swap forum.....
....Anybody want to swap a Tony Hawks Project 8 Xbox game for anything?0 -

I apologise for the misunderstanding. To me the phrase means "make your own decision".
If I had wanted a debate I would have said "Perhaps we should all decide".

There was one on this thread 4 or 5 months ago.
I'm not trying to frighten anyone out of anything. But it would be nieve to think that something like that never happens across every Tesco store given the potential gain involved.Who or what was I before you came in to my life
I am not sure0 -

Yes really, there is a common pattern.
Usually you see an article with 2 prices.
You hope that the higher price will be charged.
If it isnt, you take it back for a refund(within 28 days...or more seeing as its Christmas).
If you see an article with 2 prices....look at the last digit on the long number at the base of the SEL....if the highest number eg 8 has the highest price say £10, and if the lowest number eg 7 shows a lower price eg £8, then this is most likely to get you an RandR................as if the tickets are up to date, you will be charged £10..............
This is not 100% clean cut though....as there could be a number 9 SEL that is of the lower price, which the store has forgotton to put out......but this would be the exception, rather than the rule.
Look for SEL's that are out of date, and less than the correct price.(noted on here)
I spotted electrical good today priced both at £29 and £24.....this was reported a week ago....so still around.Couponing....."every little hurts"
