What really annoys me about this R&R policy is how many Customer Service assistants play "dumb" when you mention the policy, and claim never to heard of it before.

Im sorry, but it just doesnt wash. This policy is well over a year old now, so there are no excuses.

I'm fed up of being overcharged to walk up to Customer Services and being fobbed off with the offer of a refund, when you know damned well that the assistant is more than aware of the policy and is mucking you around wasting everyones time.

If they can't do their job properly they shouldn't be there doing it in the first place.

It is their employers "Policy" for goodness sake. If they have a problem with their job description I wish people like this would just sod off and let somebody else do it properly.

Sorry to get so heated, but I had to get that off my chest..

    Looks like Postman :D

I do agree in some part, my regional radio is doing a collect for toys and you know what tesco :T (me)is donating some free toy! Thanks to this thread and r&r;)

    It comes from above

I was offered the difference and a £10 voucher today after CS had spoken to her manager, I said, I would prefer whats written on your policy board....no argument
    Couponing....."every little hurts"

But all the people can't be all right all the time. .........I think Abraham Lincoln said that.

Sorry, I'm not going to give you the quick answer.

After being out all day and part of the evening, I sometimes have to read 300posts to catch up on the days happenings......and really you should be doing the same.....scroll back 200 posts and I'm sure you'll learn a lot from it.

I know what you mean, I just spent the last 90 minutes catching up the last dozen pages and completly forgot about the ebay item I was watching, got to find another now. Or hopefully start getting some R&R's on DS games for crimbo.

BTW, I find this site and the 2 specific Tesco boards excellent, whilst I have only had a couple or R&R's (both on the same thing in the same store 2 days running) I now find myself going to Mr T's Daily, with little joy, which is most likely why I dont post that much (Yet) as dont want to share the failings, but this is alos good info I spose to what going on.

The 2 R&R's I have had were conducted very well, al be it a little long for my liking. The CS staff gave full refunds without even being asked.
