LOL, I should prehaps re-word what i said..........i have been on here for about 2 years registered with my x. Had 273 posts (can PM you the user name if you want shurlock).

Have not had the need for an account since the split (2 months ago) then over the last few weeks been reading again and had something worthwhile to contribute and also needed some advice, which I said cheers to etc.

I had a look earlier at some and again noticed the same differance in price, tho i think the £13 .xx is for a 2 disc version hope that is of some help.

And with regards to the posts from the new sources ...well if they are real fare play and thanks, but cant just help gettin visions of Mr.Kelly sat with 10 m8s (assuming he has that many).

Just had my order delivered from Tesco. Ordered 2 X 1 litre Baileys online expecting to pay £25 as promotion starts today. Charged full price on my bill with no refund showing at the end. Driver told me to ring the number at the top, which I did. They would only credit me with the difference as they said R & R is for instore only - I could get it if I take it back to the place from where it was delivered (Bursledon)! No car for the next day or two so had to settle for the part refund!! :-(

Might be worth checking out to see if store pricing is right in your local. Could be great for Xmas as this offer also applies to Smirnoff, Bells and Gordons!!

Hope it will be lucky for some!!

Digilogic DVD Recorder as mentioned earlier, but you need to look for the large SEL. The Tesco I went to had 3 small £74.?? SEL's and a large £67.??
Doctor Who, The complete first season boxset, SEL £59.97, Stickered £54.97.
Full R&R on both items.

Same thing just happened to me but on 2 x Smirnoff red label 1 litre should have been 2 for £25 but charged £30.56 for the 2. Just emailed tesco com :mad:

Just had an r&r on one of the DVD sets mentioned in the misprice board. I had to give my name and address which despite doing about 2 dozen r&rs previous have never had to do. CS lady was lovely. Offered me the £2 difference, obviously I said no! She then said 'We are discouraged from giving full refunds and told to only give the difference, unless the customer asked for it and then its ok'!!!! She then when on to do the most complicated till refund I've ever seen which took about 2 mins - whilst saying 'Oh, its difficult to do these on the till as you have to log all sorts of things'!!

So I guess the confirms what we have all thought about being told about the difference! Do you think I should complain to HO about this unusal application of their so-called policy?

Kal - I really wouldn't bother (and that is from personal experience of the same). If it helps to vent your spleen on someone, go ahead, but it will not go any further up/down the line.

I went to a Tescos store last week and Got an R&R on 2 x Tvs but they refused to R&R the meat i had as they said i was taking Advantage of there policy. I told them i would speak to H/O and follow it up but i didnt bother.

Yesterday there was different CS staff on who was giving somebody an R&R on Futurama DVDS so i though my luck was in. I Paid for 2 Tony Hawks games (£37.9X - £39.9X) and one woman recognised me and informed the CS lady. Supervisor come down and refused to budge. Offered the product at correct price or total refund with out game. They said its store discretion and they will not honour it. I took a full refund minus the games. Should i phone H/O ???? I have reciept for £79.xx but no games
