Yesterday there was different CS staff on who was giving somebody an R&R on Futurama DVDS so i though my luck was in. I Paid for 2 Tony Hawks games (£37.9X - £39.9X) and one woman recognised me and informed the CS lady. Supervisor come down and refused to budge. Offered the product at correct price or total refund with out game. They said its store discretion and they will not honour it. I took a full refund minus the games. Should i phone H/O ???? I have reciept for £79.xx but no games

Next time phone head office whilst you are still in the store, in fact ask to use their phone.

GRR....I'm not having ANY luck finding any of the R&Rs mentioned. Not going to give up though

My only problem would be that i have done a lot of R&Rs on my card would this be noted???

I did but there was no answer. Will they have it on there system that i have done loads of R&Rs with my Card? and will this effect me ?

Can anyone confirm that the gears of war xbox 360 package is scanning higher?

seen 2 lots of triple 3 dvd sets mis-priced, crisps, tony h xbox game sel £37.** but no stock in.

stuffed belly pork was priced wrongly.

pirates scanning at £13.**, simpsons all seem to be correct, bush tv scans at correct price.

All bratz Ive seen was priced correctly.

Didnt try for an R& R as all I would of liked would of been simpsons.

Must of been to all the wrong shops today, oh well better luck next time

Went to my Tesco after reading the earlier post on this and it scans as it should. Does anyone think its worth going to another Tesco or do you think they've changed the price centrally by now?

Kung Fu hustle/unleashed/crouching tiger hidden dragon stikered £15.97 charged £17.97

3 Jim careys again £15.97 stickered Charged £17.97

Full R&R after a little argument with the manager which I dont like doing because I get nervous for some reason and I also get my face known :S

My mate also picked up Futurama series 2(along with another MSEer ) and another anthology.
