Stop it Wlfc I'm sat here blushing at my desk and laughing. My colleagues think I'm looking at Stuff on the net I shouldn't beWe took on Mr T and we won:D
Shame it had to end, will have to get free stuff from comps now :beer:0 -
Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place to post but please move it if not.
I have just come back from Mr T and there are warnings all around the store.
It reads that dues to a glitch, Multi savings aren't going through and they will not honour them...
I asked an assistant and she said it was all stores and everyone is complaining and asking for refunds.
Please check your receipts - this will affect lots of things and I expect it will affect people ahving a home delivery today also.
The assistants were talking about how they don't think it's right that Mr T won't honour them if they are displayed...
What do people think....Its big misprice isn't it? Will anyone try R and R on this????
Sam

Interesting... is this a knee jerk reaction to yesterday? Anyone else seen this in their local store?0 -
just sat in tescos car park after an unsuccessful r&r hunt, still to get my first
the problem seems to be now resolved, my multibuys went thru fine and there were no signs up in store.
I actually only logged on on the phone to tell people about this (you beat me to it!)...
The bloke infront of me in the queue had some salad and told the assistant that he thought it was BOGOF but wasn't sure and that he only wanted it if it was. it scanned thru fine at BOGOF and the assistant then said " if you'd have asked me 20 mins ago I wouldn't have been able to do that, there was a problem with the system and no offers were working!".0 -

Ahh...that's what Constantine was talking about yesterday ("I know something you don't know...").In a rut? Can't get out? Don't know why?
It's time to make that change.

Thanks for all the comments so far; Im going to keep an eye on it; and see what HO say to me; depending on what happens there; will dictate what I do regarding letters to MD.
I always get the product and then claim and RnR but I was only at the electrical department getting the product when the woman behind the till started talking to me and getting the manager involved.
But yes, always get the product then get the RnR
Was going to say it was the Security Guard who called the Manager Guy over as soon as I went into the store.
dont mind getting watched; just hope all goes well; walking out with an xbox 360 will wipe the smug smile off his face

So which multi savings were giving them so many problems?..... None of the XBox r&r's were multi savings..... is there something we haven't spotted yet?0 -
My brother is in Worcester as I type this, they have a sign up saying that all Multibuys are not working and they will not be giving refunds due to these problems. If you can find a store which does not have a sign up then you could be onto a winner today :-)We took on Mr T and we won:D

So what happens if you buy something that is not part of a multisave and want a refund?0 -
