In theory (IIRC), you could actually give them a decent amount of time to get you one, and if they don't you can buy one somewhere else (even at a higher price) and sue them for the money including the extra difference.
Stick to your guns, these are in stock in lots of places and now that the TESCO offer is over, just nip back into store in a couple of daysand if they're on the shelf ask for your console.
hth
I had that problem a week ago, the item was not in stock, so I told them I would wait until its back in stock.
3 days later it was back in stock, I got my my r&r
moral of the story- always stick to your guns
306 nOT OUT proved that with his TV0 -

I know the OP asked if everyone could PM him so see how many but did they post the results?
I would think, over 100?
Sorry to disappoint you all, but by my latest count it is only about 60 (declared), still £14k of loss (profit, not just revenue) in a day has got to hurt just a little.
Although to put that in perspective, with £2.2Bn annual profits, that is less than a quarter of 1% of their daily profit. But you know what they say, every little helps
If there are more out there still who haven't told me yet, please let me know.0 -

Hi,
Not sure if this is the right place to post but please move it if not.
I have just come back from Mr T and there are warnings all around the store.
It reads that dues to a glitch, Multi savings aren't going through and they will not honour them...
I asked an assistant and she said it was all stores and everyone is complaining and asking for refunds.
Please check your receipts - this will affect lots of things and I expect it will affect people ahving a home delivery today also.
The assistants were talking about how they don't think it's right that Mr T won't honour them if they are displayed...
What do people think....Its big misprice isn't it? Will anyone try R and R on this????
