Tesco misprice discussion area part 14

Hi, Head office refused a refund, said that the offer had expired so policy does not apply. The stand and wrong price are still up and head office this does not matter because the expiry date is on there.
Has anyone had any joy with head office over ruling the store decision?0 -

Trading standards! Thats what!
Call HO again, you will probably speak to another person who will give you the answer you want!
I spoke HO and a supposed HO manager both said that the sign can remain up because of the expiry date. I was told I had been charged the correct price for today!!0 -
Ok been to 6 stores (3 extras) and everyone was spot on.
But in the middle of this quest got a little hungry and grabbed bacon fries (llok like frazzles) SEL 60p charged 72p.
Went to CS and in front of me but next till over was a guy getting a R&R on futurama seasons 2&3 now not sure what the price should be but had £19.xx on them.
Also CS just gave me my 72p without blinking and not checking the sel.
Do they not bother with such low items?0 -
I DO hope that TS do rule with this one, unless Tesco really have been through the fine print with the laws. Who is dealing with this one at HO this time around?DTD - Doing Tesco Daily - while I still have vouchers!0

Mind at dinner time i did take the premium + pes6 to checkout only to discover it scanned at £297.97, same price as just the premium  , sadly my credit card was in the car. Hit 3 other stores and as i mentioned got a few packs of chicken fillets, but left 10 on the shelf
I was blinded by the xbox, and still am, plans have changed as we speak, visiting 3 stores tonight, fingers crossed [/QUO
premium scans at £279.97 no game included when SEL showing £259.970 -

Think that might have been me. The guy next to me had some bacon type fries! Bit of a coincidence otherwise.0 -
