I've got a question about R&R on books that have a lower sticker on them then the SEL.

If you take that to the check won't the till assistant input the lower price that is displayed on the the book or will they just scan the barcode and use that higher price?

I saw Gordan Ramseys book with a lower price sticker but wasn't sure what would happen.

if you can get the r+r on that i'd be tempted to to do it
its jsut that its got two prices on

I work in this store,would that make any difference to me getting a refund etc.....if i went on my day off etc....:A

I would get someone else to do it for you if you work there, they would probably get a bit shirty with you if its the store you work in (even though they shouldnt as the policy should apply to all purchases, made by staff or otherwise)

Up to you though, if you think the managers there wouldnt mind giving an Xbox away to a member of staff try it!

i'm so tempted but prefer cut and dry got another console there a few weeks back so pretty well known .
i'm sure there will be other days;)

got an xbox core today and hardly any problems to get the r&r.

oh have the xbox displays gone now went in one other store and there wasnt a display there

ok who was it that got the xbox at 2pm today. I was just walking in when they was walking away from cs with a very cheesy grin!!! They have a lovely sticker over the xbox stand prices now. Might have to go further afield and try again.

How brassed off would you be if you went in there later/tomorrow and the person in front of you was claiming their free xbox?

To me this is a cut and dry one, not even as shakey as the old GOTW deal one and look how many of us got one then!

Ramsay has 3 stickers: £12.96, £9.96 and £8.96.

It scans at £9.96.

So if you find a book with £8.96 you should be in.
