How much do you live on per month?

I always think if I had kids it would be a good excuse as to why I am staying in on my own on a Sat eve, but if you are asked the same question?? What are these people that ask the question doing tonight? lol
They're probably pretending they are happy, when they're not really, and probably trying desperately to forget what is making them unhappy. Such is life. Gosh, that sounds cynicalDebt free - Is it a state of mind? a state of the Universe? or a state of the bank account?

Totally agree!
Some of my friends spend £50-£70 each weekend!
Even if Eve is one of the more expensive MMO's at £13 a month, it still beats the pants off this::: Total Paid Since LBM (27/05/10): £4639.85 Official Debt Gone!! :T ::::AThat money talks, I don't deny, I heard it once, it said "Goodbye"~ VSP2011: #104 ~

No but it's BORING
I want a more exciting evening than watching TV by myself... it just feels so dull
I have more interesting nights in the week! It's rubbish being single... where have all the lovely men gone??? They must all be married, how crap
Ah well at least I am not tempted to smoke!
Well. When you are debt free, and you've saved all that lovely money, go backpacking anywhere in the world. You'll have a truly memorable experience

I actually really like spending a bit of time by myself, so having a weekend while the OH is on shifts and I have nothing planned can be bliss
For some reason I tend to socialise more on weekday evenings - I guess I get all of my people-time out of the way monday-friday then spend the weekend either just me, with the OH or close family.

Here I am! This is my usual Saturday night, right here, on my netbook. DH is by my side, watching some naff film that I'm not interested in. We are together, enjoying doing our own thing. It works for us
In fact this is us most nights, unless I'm ironing! How sad is that!! x
:heart2: THANK YOU MARTIN!! :heart2:0 -
I am not into online anything other than this forum and facebook to keep up with friends and family. I don't like online games or anything like that. My concentration span is pretty short so its got to be really good to keep me entertained.... if a film doesn't excite me in the first 10 mins I switch off...
I just don't like being on my own I guess. I feel envious of those that have partners in their lives to share everyday stuff with.
Saying that though, I am only just out of a relationship and have been warned not to get into another one so soon, I have been advised to spend time by myself for a few months..... but it's BORING!Debt Bust LBM 01/01/2013 - [STRIKE]£11,115.28[/STRIKE] £10,593.81

I'm single, male.......lol
It can be really hard living alone and being single. Having not drank at all this weekend and having no one to chat to really gets me down. I can't really go out with friends as I know I would go over budget so its all very boring.
I find being alone so empty, so much time of doing nothing and noone to chat to about my days and how they went.
I really don't want to be single much longer as wonder how this will impact me in the long term.Mortgage: [STRIKE]Jan 11 - £91830 [/STRIKE][STRIKE] Jan 12 - £89'199[/STRIKE] May 14 - £69'999 Car Loan: [STRIKE]Jan 11 - £3658 [/STRIKE] July 12 - £0! This is a good thing! I quote: "Boredom is the road to relapse". As long as you can keep yourself occupied away from the thing you are trying to give up you are doing really well :T
Also, don't ever feel like you are anything less for not being in a relationship. To be honest, I was completely happy being single when my current OH came along. I wasn't looking for a relationship, I was just happy with who I was. It may sound bad, but I would be just as happy if my relationship were to end tomorrow. I know who I am, and I am happy with that person... though that person could do to lose a stone or two... just sayin'::: Total Paid Since LBM (27/05/10): £4639.85 Official Debt Gone!! :T ::::AThat money talks, I don't deny, I heard it once, it said "Goodbye"~ VSP2011: #104 ~
