schools in DERBYSHIRE break up on Friday 15th April.

so we are getting OUR extra bank holiday added to the summer break, and schools are finishing on the Thursday not the Friday.

Our school holidays are posted on the county council website. I believe Derbyshire has two years on there because a school with which I am connected has sent out the 2011-2012 dates already. And then got complaints because the dates 'were wrong' from some parents so then a letter went out saying they had been sent the school holiday dates IN ADVANCE to help them with their holiday planning.
