Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah I see now - why did you not mention this little fact before - I had not realised you had work files at home - I thought that sort of stuff wouldnt be allowed at home or would be on pc - so a solution is required to the mess you lovingly call work - now do not shout at me BUT what about clearing the spare room and making it a study & spare room combined - you need a desk and or cupboards and a sofa bed so that you can still put people up but it keeps your work stuff in one place - do-able or not???????????? ok I will go away:rotfl:

Thanks Toots! It tends to be during the holidays that I have most stuff at home to work on so it not always THIS bad! The back bedroom is a spare room for guests and is fine (juliejim will testify to that, I hope!) but the middle bedroom is full of boxes of stuff and is a bit of a dumping ground as I don't have room for more than one box in the 'attic'. It is slowly improving as I have a filing cabinet in there for all my important documents, etc. and I have a desk (that needs sorting) and shelves for my files. It is a WiP though! I don't like to work up there because the computer, TV, music, (and furries! :p :rotfl:) are all downstairs but it is my aim to have it as a place to store work stuff that can be got down as and when needed. As I say, a WiP :rotfl:

Of course! The room you stayed in is still the same. You're welcome anytime (as are other flyladies who find themselves down south!)

  • I know theres a new thread but didnt want everyone to think I'd given up by Thursday. Thurday and Friday tasks were done randomly or didn't need doing as we just had guests over last weekend so neglegted spaces werent really neglegted lol

I kind of went off a bit towards the end of the week I think cos I didnt write the list down in the AM.

Had a busy weekend returning stuff for refunds and major sort outs for ebay listings which have been done tonight yey:j
