Well batch cooking underway, so far to freeze I have chicken korma, chicken tikka masala, chicken tandoori, beef stew and chicken stock.

I also have some lamb chops that have to be used today and some fresh pasta amongst other things.

Eggs collected, binbag x 2 filled and disposed of.

    Financial sorting on its way.

    Afternoon all.
Kids been to sunday school and are now fighting. Rhys snoozing for now and dinner going on in a minute. Hubby away today so house to myself.:D

Plan is dinner and keep the washing machine fed. Then i'll crack on with the livingroom and i might even spend some time on myself tonight, dye my hair, do my nails.;)

School uniform nearly ready for tomorrow and trainers drying as i type.
Sometimes it seems that the going is just too rough.
And things go wrong no matter what I do.
Now and then it seems that life is just too much.
But you've got the love I need to see me through.

It's raining here now too so I'm not taking the responsibility for it today!

HHC interrupted as Deputy from school called to say we are closed tomorrow due to flooding  so I have had to do my ringing round to let people know. Pupils were off tomorrow anyway so it hasn't caused too much disruption and, hopefully, should be sorted for Tuesday.

Had a walk to shop for food - walked back with neighbour and caught up on news.

If it brightens up might transfer some washing outside.

I'll join you please - may have to pay car parking at work soon (possibly £40 per week), and just with everything else going up I need to see the whole picture.

Right - visitors have just left so am cracking on with a couple of hours on paperwork and some must do deadlines stuff whilst DH & DS bond over a DVD which apparently I'll not enjoy! I think DD's way of giving me some peace & quiet to do the dreaded accounts...

    OK, go get on girl,

Although no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.... life is a WIP.

    Rain has stopped play here.

DH did managed to dig the whole to move the water fountain and the boys have washed the bucket of stones to go back on top. I managed to empty the old wood store and DH has dismantled that. Also sowed some leeks and unloaded the car.

Rain looks set in so I'll make a cake and then an hour in our bedroom should see that done.

    List for next week:
    DS1's lightshade to clean
    wipe paintwork in HSL
    hall cupboard to sort
Lightshades x 2 in HSL to clean
    bathroom wall tiles to wash
    sort all the seeds/gardening notes
    sort kids bank accounts
    collect M&S order
    presents for DS1 birthday
    bank re ISA
return a couple of library books

Hi all, back from a fantastic week's skiing - and I never thought I'd say that!!! We all had a great time, DD can ski down slopes, turn and stop, DS came with me and DH up the gondola and skiied on his own for a bit and enjoyed it and I had a lovely time with DH - fabulous! I'm a bit battered and bruised but happy.

Flying wise, got a lot to do and Mount Washmore is huuuuuge but I'll just go through it one wash at a time and it will come under control. I want to vacuum through this afternoon as that always makes it all look better.

Hope you are all OK; I haven't gone through the thread at all but sending hugs as needed.

ETA: Oh look, I'm on 1000 posts!
