28 grams to the ounce to be reasonably accurate - though most recipes round to the nearest 25.

Yum yum yum, just made this for after our Sunday lunch. It was gorgeous. A little overdone as it was slightly clot-y so will go for 5 mins less next time. Thanks thriftlady and OP for bringing it up.I've been lucky, I'll be lucky again. ~ Bette Davis0

Thriftlady many thanks for the recipe and especially the conversion to imperial because the kids have had my measuring cups and have managed to lose my 1/3 cup one.
I will be trying this recipe tomorrow and OH and kids will love it I am sure
