    28 grams to the ounce to be reasonably accurate - though most recipes round to the nearest 25.

    Yum yum yum, just made this for after our Sunday lunch. It was gorgeous. A little overdone as it was slightly clot-y so will go for 5 mins less next time. Thanks thriftlady and OP for bringing it up.

    Thriftlady many thanks for the recipe and especially the conversion to imperial because the kids have had my measuring cups and have managed to lose my 1/3 cup one.

    I will be trying this recipe tomorrow and OH and kids will love it I am sure
