Thrift Lady's Chocolate Fudge Pudding- oh my God!!!!!

I made this from the recipe index link last night and it is soooo nice. What was left I stuck in the fridge but being a pig I had a couple of spoonfuls when I was making the kids lunch and I think it is even nicer cold. The sugar coating goes all crunchy.

If you have not tried this please do so. And if you not good as following recipes this one is so simple give it a try.

Thank you Thrift Lady:T :T :T

Queenies everyday biscuits are georgeous too (glad the colder weather is coming so I can wear big jumpers to hid all these rolls of fat I will be putting on thanks to the recipies on here:D )

APOLOGIES, JUST LOOKED AT LINK AND REALISED ITS THRIFT LADY WHO ADDED THIS RECIPE. SORRY THRIFTLADY:o

How do you change titles??

Oh! Someone has changed the title - Thank you!!

I made the one thriftlady posted - not Queenie??

    Confused now!

It didn't last long enough to go cold in our house!!!
but be warned, if you leave it in the oven and forget about it while it's cooking, then it's a very chewy kind of cake!!!:rotfl:

When I made it properly it was indeed lovely!! :D
working on clearing the clutterDo I want the stuff or the space?
  • It sounds fantastic. I've looked out my 9" by 13" dish - but it looks huge! It is just over 2" deep. Does it sound suitable?

If this is the right size of dish, then it looks as though we could be eating it for a week! On second thoughts - it'll have gone by tomorrow night!

If anyone else is like me - you'll certainly be losing the pounds (off the shopping bill) but gaining the pounds (you know where)!!!

I have this problem. Ever since i have moved in with OH i have been piling on the pounds. I love to cook - especially now i have an audience and an official 'taster' but its playing havoc with my waistline.

    Hi Organic WB

I used a 9"x9" about 2" deep and it turned out fine.

We had it plain but DH did say that with cream it would be even better!!

    Hiya,

r.mac - I know what you mean. I love to cook, but unfortunately, it's not too good for the waistline. Well, all the cakes aren't...

That cake is divine! We had ours with ice cream, and it was good either way :)

  • There's a girl where I work who is ALWAYS cooking and baking - she's really good at it.

She bakes for her hubby and always brings bits and bobs into work for us all to sample.

Thing is, SHE doesn't eat ANY of it - she does it for the pure enjoyment of cooking / baking. (and of course, she's lovely and slim...)

I'm sure it's a ploy to make sure none of us ever get slimmer than she is - lol!
