    Evening All,

First chance I have had to post today as have been over to Yorkshire for Sunday lunch. Roast Beef was lovely and I took cupcakes for dessert which were demolished, so none left to bring back.
Just drove back over the pennines very foggy and damp. It makes me very tense and now have a stiff neck. DH normally drives but he had a couple of pints so it had to be me. Its only about an hour an half but hate doing it in the dark and the mist. Anyway home safe.

DS3 spent the evening in Liverpool at his friends uni digs along with several others to celebrate his friends birthday. He came back about 10ish this morning with his sleeping bag looking very delicate. We left him on the couch when we left and he is still there:eek: a heavy night me thinks.

Am getting my head around Low GI but feel pretty good about it although did have one cup cake today:o

Its My B Day tomorrow so DH is taking a day off so along with DS3 who is on half term we are going to have a day out in Chester and probably have a nice lunch, so probably start fully on Low GI on Wednesday

Lou- sound like potty training time, oh what joy, my DGS is at the same stage
Molly have you retrieved the pants yet:rotfl:
Bitsy know exactly what you mean sometimes I feel like I am speaking a foreign language
RR A friends mum has just gone into an old folks home and she had a terrible time for the first couple of wks with her crying and begging to come home, the staff advised she didn't visit for about 3 days (she has alzeimers) and she has really settled down. She still sometimes asks to come home but is much calmer and accepting. I hope things settl down soon.

Well off to settle down for Being Human. Have a good evening J x

molly that is brilliant :rotfl: putting pants in the washing bucket won't seem like so much effort when he now has to climb a tree for them!!
camelot1001, australia?! oooh i am jealous, assuming it's recreational!

Evening all, hope you have had relaxing/fun weekends and the cold snap hasn't spoiled anything! Annoying cough of the week has now turned into an annoying cold! I'm wondering when I'll get my first illness free week of 2011 and ODing on fruit & veg (i get 10 most days, never mind 5!!!) :rotfl:I'd like to know where I'm acquiring these colds and infections from as noone I know is ill!
Anyway, not done much OS today, it can all wait til my day off tuesday. I'm still bloody nackered, brain is struggling with the simple task of boiling rice for dinner let alone my assignments so I am resigned to spending the rest of tonight drinking tea and reading the "shock secret behind cheryl's bizarre behaviour" ahhh crappy magazines :o
