    hi all,

Been another lovely restful day with the boys.

Its been grey , dull and extremely cold today, ended up giving in and putting the heating on at 2pm. Instead of the usual 4pm.

Been a very OS day of scoffing HM bread, soup for lunch. Not sure what were having for tea yet. The boys are happy playing while i sort the washing out.

Has been another NSD, we were too late to get the train, basically the boys were peeing about. but its all good.

The boys have demolished a loaf and half today on they own:eek:.
So need to make some more tomorrow morning.

Had a lovely conversation with my mother today, she asked my OH for £200 on Friday, yes you read that right, instead of asking me she asked him. I was fuming, i know why she did it, she knows fine well i would have kicked off at her.She basically hadn't paid off her pawn ticket for jewellery from about 6 months ago and had two days to find the money or would be melted. nfortunately i don't have any spare cash, so she ended up getting a loan for £200 off a dodge ball and under the condition that she pay £375 in six months :eek::eek:. Totally ridiculous, blooming loan sharks. Top it all off, someone git threw paint all over her fence and house, so its all kicking off over her way.

Ah well at least i got to treated to a magic courtesy of snips and coddy!

Hope you've all had a relaxing Sunday.I did my shop this morning, got some whoopsied meat, some has gone in the freezer, but we had the rare treat of steak for tea:j.An even rarer occurrence was that both DSons were here for Sunday tea.I made a custard tart, and apple crumble for after ,and we all feel like a lie down now ;)

I dont know what to watch tonight-fed up now Larkrise has finished (tho' DH wasnt too keen, and I dont think he'll like South Riding either :D)Might watch something we recorded instead.

Bitsy  on your behalf-I've done childminding as a job and its hard work, especially when your own children are small.I'd like to see them do it.(((Hugs)))

    Molly - :rotfl:
Thanks for letting me blow off, normal service will resume um probably after I've killed him and buried him under the patio.

My parents are about to start building new patio this week so if you are quick then you can all fit the bu88ers under there! :rotfl: Think I'll add metal guy to the list too!
last month he spent money on lunch nearly every other day at least. Some amounts were £3, some were nearer £8 as he was buying himself boxes of cereal for home too. In total he spent £90 in one month.

Bitsy - perhaps point out to him that £90 on lunches is more than I spend per month on all food for me?! I spend £60-£80 max. And that's on everything - food, drinks, cleaning stuff.

Flat is sparkling :D uni work is done :D my friend is arriving at the train station in 15mins :D and there is a bottle of wine in fridge :j

    Have a good evening all

    Enjoy your evening Flutterby!
Bitsy & loulou - I have a very large garden and a few spare shovels if you're interested! Good luck though, looks like it'll be long slog.

Washing all but dried outside, it got quite blowy here - still overcast but stayed dry. It's on the airer now so should be dry by the morning.
Went shopping and only bought healthy stuff! Got 3 chickens for £10 from A2da (I know it's not free range but money's tight I'm afraid) and loads of veg. I'm determined to lose half a stone before I go to Oz at the beginning of April.

Watched Atonement this afternoon - how comes James McAvoy never looks any older?

    Take care. XX
