I may send an OP this month afterall !
I didnt send the usual on payday as Ive had a couple of emergency vet bills to pay. Sadly our beautiful Tabby died last week, which is why Ive been a bit quiet on her recently.
Sorry to hear that Tabatha.
That's good about the money on Onepoll though.0 -
Today I:
* charged my phone at work (hope Billy sees this :rotfl:)

I am so sorry. I lost my gorgeous girl just before xmas and I'm in tears just thinking about you losing yours. They are such a joy to have, but it is so painful when we lose them.
Thinking of you Tabatha.

bought in a packed lunch today (saved a minimum of £3.50 buying lunch!)
went to the library to get a book rather than go to buy one (saved at least £7)
signed up to the latest NHS Choices campaign to get a free 5 day Fitness First pass! (http://www.nhs.uk/summer) (don't know how much i'm saving but I like the sound of free!)
Did anyone else sign up to the NHS Choices summer campaign?
I have signed up to all 4 categories (Lose Weight, Healthy Eating, Start Running, Get Fit) and am looking forward to the weekly tips coming through for the next 2 months starting next week. (and for my free gym pass!)
If there are a few people that have joined, I have set up a new thread where we can discuss the tips, and help keep each other motivated and update on progress through them.

Well last night I refrained from flushing the loo a couple of times (only after a number one of course!) therefore saving water and money.
Today I brought my home-made lunch in. Not to self: be a little more creative with sandwiches next week, peanut butter is getting boring.
Yesterday was a NSD, today is a LSD... low spend day. :A 60p spent so far, and hopefully I won't buy anything else!
I've been nagging DH to turn the tv off if he leaves the room, then silly me forgets to turn the light off so he quite rightly pointed that out to me! :T
Dinner will be something home-made, maybe tuna pasta bake.0 -

That's my friend's motto! :rotfl: She even says it when I go round! I wouldn't dare say that to guests.0 -
Today has been good - Used my parents as free labour to tidy and paint and clean our house
If that's not money saving I don't know what is! In return all they wanted was a good lunch (provided). Happy days.
